Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the City of Kalamunda has received an application for the purpose of Alterations and Additions to existing Facility including new three storey building (Aged Care) at Lot 7 – 24 Valencia Road, Carmel

Plans and documents setting out an explaining the development application are available in the Document's Library on this page. Hard copies will be available for inspection during office hours at the City’s Administration Offices, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda.

Date: Thursday 8 February 2018 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Location: Administration Centre (Function Room), 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building)

The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis. Elected members and the applicant are also invited to attend.

Submissions on the development application may be lodged in writing and should include the application number DA17/0455, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 27th April 2018.
