The City has received an application for the redevelopment of a Service Station at Lot 78 (7) Welshpool Road East, Lesmurdie. The redevelopment will include a shop, six bowsers, a drive -thru component, signage, and landscaping.
The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel JDAP.

Bushfire Management Plan
Environmental Noise Impact Report
Landscaping Plan
