The City of Kalamunda has received an application for an amendment to the Maida Vale Cell 6 Local Structure Plan. The proposed amendment involves the density increase from R40 to R60 for Lot 256 (No.53) Maida Vale Road, Maida Vale.

The City of Kalamunda has received an application for an amendment to the Maida Vale Cell 6 Local Structure Plan. The proposed amendment involves the density increase from R40 to R60 for Lot 256 (No.53) Maida Vale Road, Maida Vale.

Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening, as detailed below:
Date: 20th of February 2019 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).

The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.

Comments closed 5pm 15th of March 2019.
