The City has received a development application for a use not listed – Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) at the above-mentioned site.
The proposal seeks to use the existing dwelling as a STRA.
An Operational Management Plan is required to address the following: occupant code of conduct, noise mitigation measures, and parking. A copy of the Operational Management Plan is available in the Document Library.
In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the application is being advertised for public comment.
