On 18 September 2024, the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage published amendments to the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (LPS Regulations) that facilitate changes for short-term rental accommodation (STRA).

Change of Use (Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation) at 6 Monarch Way, Wattle Grove

In line with the above amendment to the LPS Regulations, the City is currently progressing an Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) application for 6 Monarch Way, Wattle Grove (REF: DA25/0252). Please refer to the Document Library for the Operational Management Plan.
