On 18 September 2024, the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage published amendments to the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (LPS Regulations) that facilitate changes for short-term rental accommodation (STRA).

Change of Use (Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation) at 58 Kookaburra Crescent, High Wycombe

In line with the above amendment to the LPS Regulations, the City is currently progressing an Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) application for 58 Kookaburra Crescent, High Wycombe (DA25/0350). Please refer to the Document Library for the Operational Management Plan.
