The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel (MODAP).
The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
