The City of Kalamunda has received a development application a proposed Integrated Aged Care Facility x 190 Aged or Dependent Person’s Dwellings at the abovementioned site.
The application is being advertised for public comments on the proposal in accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
The application will ultimately be determined by the Metro-Outer Development Assessment Panel (MODAP).
Documents explaining the development application are available online in the Document Library and in person at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre (2 Railway Road, Kalamunda) during business hours until Monday 24 November 2025.
