Notice is hereby given that the City of Kalamunda has received a planning application for a proposed refurbishment of existing shopping centre at the above mentioned property.

Key elements of the proposal include:

  • Upgrade of all external finishes with a new colour scheme.
  • Refurbishment of all existing car parks.
  • The landscaping of the car parking area adjacent to Mead Street and Railway Road. This includes the removal of two (2) existing Eucalypt Trees which is required to facilitate the widening of the car park to allow for safe vehicular and pedestrian movements.
  • A new alfresco area adjacent to the tenancy currently occupied by Coffee Club.
  • Installation of elevators to the entry onto Central Mall.
