Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the City of Kalamunda has received an application for the Proposed Change of Use from Shop to ‘Use Not Listed (Small Bar)’ at Lot 33 (332) Hale Road, Wattle Grove.

The proposed trading hours are between:

  • Monday 10am – 10:30pm
  • Tuesday 10am – 10:30pm
  • Wednesday 10am – 10:30pm
  • Thursday 10am – 11:00pm
  • Friday 10am – 12:00am (midnight)
  • Saturday 10am – 12:00am (midnight)
  • Sunday 10am – 10:30pm (midnight)

The proposal is described as a sports bar atmosphere with American style tapas, pub style foods and family friendly environment. The expected maximum capacity is 120 people including staff, with live music proposed on weekends.
