The City of Kalamunda has received an application for a local development plan at the above mentioned property. The application seeks to provide development guidance for the future establishment of an aged care facility, retirement village, and associated structures.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the development application can also be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office hours.

Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening.
Date: 5 July 2018 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).
The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.
