The City of Kalamunda has received an application for an amendment to the Karingal Green Outline Development Plan. The proposed amendment involves the density increase from R30 to R60 for Lot 265 Callophylla Way, Lot 316 Catspaw Way and Lot 321 Buttercup Crescent, High Wycombe.
