The City of Kalamunda has received a Development Application for a proposed Place of Worship and Community Purpose at Lot 213 (28) Lewis Road, Wattle Grove. The application is being considered and determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).

A previous application for a Place of Worship and Community Purpose (DA17/0367) was withdrawn by the applicant in June 2017.

Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening, as detailed below:
Date: 27th of February 2019 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).

The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.
