The City of Kalamunda has received a Development Application for a proposed Micro-Brewery (Use Not Listed), Restaurant, Reception Centre, Six Chalets, Day Spa (Use Not Listed) and Ancillary Dwelling at Lot 602 (113) Kawina Road, Bickley.
Plans and documents setting out an explaining the development application are available below:

- Bushfire Management Plan
- Environmental Surveys
- Transport Impact Statement
- Wastewater Management Plan
- Development Application
Alternatively, plans can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office hours up to 26 September 2018.

Planning and Development Act 2005 - Notice of Development Application
Proposal within land zoned Residential Bushland under Local Planning Scheme No. 3Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the City of Kalamunda has received an application for the installation of an 11 metre high FM radio antenna system mounted approximately 60 metres above ground to the existing television tower at Lot 57 (10) Television Road, Bickley.
Plans and documents setting out an explaining the development application are now deactivated and are no longer available online as the comment period has now concluded.
Alternatively, plans and documents will be open for inspection during the comment period at the City’s Administration Offices located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda, during office hours.
Comments to be received by 5pm on 21 November 2017.
