The City of Kalamunda has received a Development Application for a proposed 10 Grouped Dwelling development at Lot 4 (15) Gunbar Way, Kalamunda.The following documents have been provided as part of the application:

- Proposed Plans
- Waste Management Plan

Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening.
Date: 25 October 2018 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kalamunda has received a planning application for a proposed refurbishment of existing shopping centre at the above mentioned property.
Key elements of the proposal include:
- Upgrade of all external finishes with a new colour scheme.
- Refurbishment of all existing car parks.
- The landscaping of the car parking area adjacent to Mead Street and Railway Road. This includes the removal of two (2) existing Eucalypt Trees which is required to facilitate the widening of the car park to allow for safe vehicular and pedestrian movements.
- A new alfresco area adjacent to the tenancy currently occupied by Coffee Club.
- Installation of elevators to the entry onto Central Mall.
