What is a Development Application?

    A Development Application (DA) is an application made to the City seeking consent to carry out development including construction, change of use of a property or premises, display of signage, or making alterations or additions to a property.

    How do I view the documentation?

    Plans and documents setting out and explaining the development application can be viewed online.

    This documentation can also be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Offices located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office hours.

    Alternative formats can be made available upon request.

    How do I comment on a Development Application?

    Read all the associated documentation. Then submit your comments via the following methods:

    - Online: use online form for relevant DA
    - By Email: enquiries@kalamunda.wa.gov.au
    - By Post: City of Kalamunda, PO Box 42, Kalamunda, 6926
    -In Person: City of Kalamunda Administration Offices, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (during office hours)
