Notice of Development Application - Telecommunications InfrastructureThe City of Kalamunda has received an application for Telecommunications Infrastructure. The proposal involves a tower 70m in height with antenna to a total height of 71.6m. The proposal is in the northern portion of 195 Forrest Road, Pickering Brook and is part of a black spot program to provide mobile coverage to rural communities.

Community Information Evening
Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening, as detailed below:
Date: Wednesday, 6 March 2019 between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Location: City’s Administration Centre, Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.

The application has been forwarded to the Commission for their consideration.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kalamunda has received an application for a proposed telecommunications tower and associated infrastructure at the above mentioned address.
