Do you utilise aquatic facilities within the City of Kalamunda or travel outside of the City to access an aquatic facility?
We are seeking the community’s feedback to understand how we can deliver a future high quality and accessible aquatic facility within the City.
The Kalamunda Water Park, previously known as Kalamunda Wet’n’Wild, was originally built in the mid-1960’s and has been operating for 55 years. Over its life the facility has undertaken numerous upgrades and renewals to best service the needs of the community of the time.
The City is now investigating the need and options for the provision of a future aquatic facility within the City.
As part of this process the City would like to hear from the community on their visions for a future aquatic facility within the City, in particular:
What kind of facilities are needed?
Where should any future facility be located?
How would a future facility be utilised?
Your input will help inform the development of the study and recommendations on what we should build in the future.
Take our online survey or attend any of our community workshops and have your say!
