The City of Kalamunda is seeking nominations for the Kalamunda Arts Advisory Committee.
The City of Kalamunda recognises that the Arts contribute to the overall well-being and liveability of a community. By incorporating arts into planning and urban design it provides an opportunity to provide a cohesive vision and celebrate the City’s rich heritage.
The Kalamunda Arts Advisory Committee purpose is to provide information and advice about current and emerging arts related matters to Kalamunda City Council for the purpose of decision-making and planning.
The Committee will provide a structure to engage the local arts community and to advise Council on matters regarding policy, strategic planning, integration and implementation of City initiatives.

  • Five Members from the Arts Community who are practicing in fine arts within the City (ranging disciplines).
  • Two Members of the Community who are practicing in performing arts within the City.
  • Two Members from Community Arts Groups within the City.
