What do we mean by assets?

‘Assets’ refers to infrastructure that is managed by the City of Kalamunda. The major asset categories are: roads, footpaths, car parks, drainage, parks and reserves, buildings, and plant and fleet.

What is a Level of Service?

A ‘level of service’ is an analysis and understanding of what the community think is acceptable in relation to the quality, quantity and management of Assets. For example a building provides shelter, a place to meet people, and do an activity.
