The City of Kalamunda is seeking your input to help define levels of service as required under the Asset Management Strategy 2017–2021. The strategy seeks to develop a structured set of key actions to enable the City to improve its asset management practices, in line with the City’s Strategic Community Plan and Asset Management Policy.

The City will be consulting with community, to establish ‘levels of service’ to guide the ongoing management of assets, starting with roads, drainage and footpaths. Levels of service identify the current and desired condition of assets.

We seek:

  • To enhance knowledge and awareness for the planning, maintenance and creation of the City’s assets.

  • Understand what the community’s expectations are for the planning, maintenance and creation of the City’s assets.

  • Establish what the appropriate community levels of services are, for the assets of roads, drainage and footpaths.

Everyone is invited to attend the Community Workshops:

  • Monday 12 February 2018, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, City of Kalamunda Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda

  • Tuesday 27 February 2018, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Woodlupine Community Centre, 88 Hale Road, Forrestfield

  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

As a member of the community, this survey seeks to get your opinion on the City’s assets: Do you think the assets are in an acceptable condition, and do they provide the right functions and capacity?

The information will be used to help the City prepare Asset Management Plans for the asset classes of Roads, Footpaths and Drainage. There is a comment box at the end if you wish to add explanation, requests, photos and attachments.
