The City of Kalamunda want to prepare and protect its community to confidently prepare, safely respond and recover from bushfire.

Bushfires have the capacity to strike without warning and provided with the right environmental conditions, can quickly exceed firefighting resources. This event greatly impacts community, properties, homes and infrastructure, while posing great risk to human life.

It is for this reason, that it is imperative that our community, each household and all individuals are prepared for bushfire this fire season. The City can assist you with information to help you prepare your property, be bushfire aware and have a bushfire survival plan in place. This is crucial for each member of our community to help protect life, livelihood, property and community.
