Consultation has concluded (comments closed 5pm Wednesday 15 November).

The City of Kalamunda (City) has commenced the annual review of the Infrastructure Cost Sharing Arrangement (ICSA) for Cell 9, Wattle Grove. The Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 26 September 2023, resolved to adopt the ICSA 2023 Annual Report, and a Cost Contribution Rate of $21,264 per lot, for the purposes of public advertising.

The ICSA 2023 Annual Report sets out information to facilitate an equitable cost sharing arrangement to levy cost contributions for planned infrastructure to support urban development in Cell 9, Wattle Grove.

The City is now seeking submissions on the 2023 annual review. The detailed 2023 ICSA Report can be viewed in the document library on the right.
