Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015

The City of Kalamunda has received a development application at Change of Use (Place of Worship) – Lot 5 (No. 100) Brae Road, High Wycombe WA 6057 (DA24/0501).

The proposal seeks to use the existing dwelling and shed as a place of worship.

The application is being advertised to you for your comments as the change of use proposes:

  • A Place of Worship, with a maximum attendance on any day of 90 people
  • No additional structures are proposed on site
  • 52 Car parking bays
  • Landscaping along car bays 17 to 31 and main access point

An application can be made under the merits of Local Planning Policy 12 allowing the application merits of the proposal to be assessed.

The DA Report, site plan and elevations, Bushfire Management Plan and Bushfire Emergency Plan are enclosed for your reference.

In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the application is being advertised for public comment. Should you wish to make a submission on the proposal please lodge your submission using the below online form.
