The City has received a development application for a Use Not Listed (Brewery) at Lot 787 (No. 485) Walnut Road, Pickering Brook. The proposal involves the reuse of an existing rural building for brewing, packaging and distribution activities, with no on-site sales or public access proposed.

The application is currently being assessed by the City of Kalamunda and is open for community comment in accordance with Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
