The City has received a development application for a proposed Fast Food Outlet and Motor Vehicle Wash at the abovementioned sites.

The City’s reference for this application is DA24/0569.

This application will be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel (MODAP) in accordance with the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.

In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the application is being advertised for public comment.
