Planning and Development Act 2005 Notice of Development

The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for a Fast Food Outlet which proposes access onto Welshpool Road East at Lot 9011 (51) Courtney Place, Wattle Grove. The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).

Documents are available for consideration via the document library. These documents include Planning Report, Proposed Development Plans, Traffic Impact Assessment and Peer Review, Drainage and Landscape Plans, Tree Removal Plan.

Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
