Planning & Development Act 2005
The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for Hardstand and Storage at Lot 200 (584) Kalamunda Road, High Wycombe. The application states the site will be used for storing mining machinery and equipment. The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro East Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
Documents are available for consideration via the document library.
Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
Community Information Evening Please be advised that the City will be holding a drop-in community information evening, as detailed below:
Date: 15th August 2019 between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Location: City’s Administration Centre Function Room, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda (access from the Railway Road side of the building).
The purpose of the session is for the City’s planning staff to assist the public in interpreting the plans for the proposal that will be on display and answer any questions. These sessions are informal and give the community the opportunity to interact with planning staff on a one-on-one basis.
