The City of Kalamunda has received a planning application for a proposed Garden Centre and Caretakers Dwelling at Lot 150 (720) Welshpool Road East, Wattle Grove.
The application includes the use of existing structures and site area for the use of ‘lunch room/sales’, ‘pot and water feature display’, Storage’, Landscape Supplies Storage Bins, Limestone Blocks and Slabs display, Bagged Products and the construction of a new small building for a ‘checkout office’.
The plans and documents relating to this application can be viewed in the Document Library of this page.
Community Information Session
A community drop-in session will be held on Thursday, 8 April 2021 between 4:30pm and 6:30pm at the City's Administration Centre Function room located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda. Please enter via the Railway Road side of the building. The purpose of this informal session is to assist residents in interpreting the plans and to answer any questions.
