The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for a Proposed Child Care Premises at the above-mentioned property. The proposed Child Care Centre will accommodate 104 children and will operate between the hours of 6:30am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).
