Proposed redevelopment of a Service Station - Lot 78 (7) Welshpool Road East, Lesmurdie (DA22/0068)

The City has received an application for the redevelopment of a Service Station at Lot 78 (7) Welshpool Road East, Lesmurdie. The redevelopment will include a shop, six bowsers, a drive -thru component, signage, and landscaping.

The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel JDAP.

• Environmental Noise Impact Report
• Landscaping Plan
