The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for the proposed redevelopment of the Service Station at Lot 24 (269) Kalamunda Road, Maida Vale. The redevelopment will include:
the realignment of the internal lot boundary,
a new building to include a convenience store and café,
service area and loading bay,
realignment of the carparking layout,
increased landscaping area,
the existing bowsers and canopies will be retained.
The application is being assessed and will be determined by the City.
Documents explaining the development application are available online at www.kalamunda.wa.gov.au and in person at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre (2 Railway Road, Kalamunda) during business hours up to 5pm, Monday 29 May 2023.
