The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for the proposed development of a Use Not Listed (EV charging bays) at Lot 1 (521) Dundas Road, Forrestfield.
The proposal is for 4 charging bays along with 4 waiting bays within the verge adjoining 521 Dundas Road. The EV Charging Station Infrastructure will be located within 521 Dundas Road. The EV charging bays will be accessible 24/7 with a charge at an industry standard rate.
The application is being assessed and will be determined by the City of Kalamunda.
The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
