The City has received a development application for a use not listed (commercial kitchen) at the above-mentioned property.
The commercial kitchen will operate as a wholesale premises and will not be open to the public. The kitchen proposes to operate 7 days a week with core business hours between 7am to 6pm and a maximum of four staff will be on site. The existing car parking bays on site will be used for staff parking and deliveries.
In accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, affected landowners are provided an opportunity to provide comment on the application. If you wish to make a submission on the proposal, please do so via the form below by close of business Monday the 7th of August 2023.
