The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for the proposed Change of Use (Unhosted Holiday House) at Lot 107 (8) Chislehurst Road, Lesmurdie.
The proposal is for short term accommodation to be utilised by family members of Mazenod College Boarders currently enrolled at the College. The accommodation will be limited to one family of up to 6 people staying at any one time.
The application is being assessed and will be determined by the City of Kalamunda.
The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
