Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015

The City of Kalamunda has received a development application for a proposal of two (2) Warehouses and an Incidental Office with associated parking and at Lot 9 (No. 29) Stirling Crescent, High Wycombe.

The application is being assessed by the City and will be determined by the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP).

The application is being advertised to you for your comments in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 2, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.

Documents explaining the development application are available in the Documents Library and in person at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre (2 Railway Road, Kalamunda) during business hours up to 11 October 2024.
