The City of Kalamunda Tourism Development Strategy 2019 – 2025 (Tourism Strategy) has a vision as follows: ‘To establish the City of Kalamunda as a major tourist destination with a sustainable and vibrant future’.
Background
We live in a beautiful part of the world that people come from near and far to share in.
Over the last five years, Kalamunda has welcomed an average of 295,000 visitors a year.
We’ve made it a priority to develop and enhance the experiences and opportunities our City has to offer visitors, businesses and residents alike.
Our vision is to establish the City of Kalamunda as a major tourist destination with a sustainable and vibrant future.
To do this, we have developed a draft Tourism Development Strategy. The draft Strategy outlines the actions to be taken to achieve this vision.
We are seeking your feedback on the draft Strategy, so that we can ensure it balances the needs of our community and visitors whilst helping us to thrive in the tourism space.
