Construction to start on Magnolia Way Reserve upgrade
Work will begin on the Magnolia Way Reserve Playground on xx June 2023.
Magnolia Way Reserve is being upgraded to create a vibrant multi-purpose all abilities outdoor space which connects park users with the surrounding natural environment and offers contemporary facilities for all park users.
Work will begin on the Magnolia Way Reserve Playground in June 2023. Preparatory works will then commence in mid-June until early September. Civil works will commence in early July for the duration of one month with the installation of shelters, seating, play equipment and ground coverings to follow. As part of the scope of the works, the irrigation mainline will be relocated in xx.
The new park and playground space will include:
- physical, sensory, social and imaginative play spaces
- upgraded playground equipment
- an inclusive toilet block
- shelter
- bbq
- drink fountain
- picnic and other seating
