The City of Kalamunda has released for consultation the 2024 Annual Review of the Forrestfield / High Wycombe Stage 1 Industrial Area Development Contribution Plan (DCP) Report, with a proposed Cost Contribution rate of $23.38/m2.

The City’s review has regard to the requirements of Local Planning Scheme No. 3 and State Planning Policy 3.6 – Infrastructure Contributions.
