Project Updates

Project team continuing to work on scope of works and budget.

The City continues to work with clubs about future works.

New carpet installation complete at Forrestfield Bowls Club.

The City will continues to work with the Forrestfield Tennis Club and Forrestfield & Districts Bowling Club to rescope the project works to align with Club priorities.

With the completion of the tender evaluation process, Council reviewed the recommendations for award of contract at the Ordinary Council Meeting on the 22 April and unanimously resolved to commit to working with Tennis and Bowls' key representatives to revise options and priorities based on available budget and club needs.

The City looks forward to updating the community when revisions are finalised.

The City is working through the tendering process with the aim is to award the tender toward the end of April. We look forward to updating you with the outcomes when the information becomes available.

Tenders are currently out in construction market. A contract will be awarded in the 1^st quarter 2025 with works on site late 2025. Our aim is to complete these projects by end December 2026

A tender for construction is expected to be issued before Christmas, with the contract to be awarded in the first quarter of 2025. Works are anticipated to begin on-site in late 2025.
