Notice of Proposed Amendment to Structure Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the City of Kalamunda has received an application for an amendment to the Forrestfield U7 Outline Development Plan. The proposed amendment involves the density increase from R12.5 and R20 to R20 and R40 respectively, for Lot 17 (228) Sultana Road East, Forrestfield.
Further, the road layout of the existing structure plan will be changed to accommodate the proposed density of the site.
Documents are available for consideration via the document library.
Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
