As per section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995

The City of Kalamunda is considering a ground lease proposal involving a portion of Reserve 52678 situated at Weston Road, Pickering Brook.

The City is providing notice of the proposal and inviting submissions.

Properties and Parties involved:
The proposed leased area is a portion of Reserve 52678 being a portion of Lot 809 on Deposited Plan 202178, Weston Road, Pickering Brook, to Telstra Corporation Ltd.

Full details including a plan depicting the location of the proposed leased area are available for consideration via the image or document library.
