After considered submissions, Council adopted the GDS Report which will be subject to ongoing annual review
Background
Lots 192, 193 and 194 (No. 310, 318 and 326) Hale Road, Wattle Grove
The City of Kalamunda has received an application for an amendment to the Wattle Grove Urban Cell – U9 Adopted Outline Development Plan. The proposed amendment involves changing the zone designation for parts of the subject sites from ‘Mixed Use’ to ‘Commercial’.
The applicant’s submission to amend the Outline Development Plan is available for consideration via the document library.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the documentation can NOT be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda as our offices are not currently open to the public.
