The City of Kalamunda is seeking nominations for the Kalamunda Moving Reference Group (KMRG). The KMRG will represent the community on the development and implementation of the Kalamunda Moving – A Transport and Road Safety Strategy and provide oversight of the overall project.

As this is a specialised reference group involving traffic and transport planning, community members will require significant knowledge and skills in planning, design or community engagement. This is may be in any one or more of these subjects:

  • Road safety
  • Road and network design
  • Transport modelling and planning
  • Heavy vehicle routes
  • Pedestrian, cycling or public transport modes
  • Parking and access strategies

The City is currently seeking nominations to fill five (5) community representative positions. Terms of Reference are available for consideration via the document library.

Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
