Upgrade to Rugby League Clubrooms to improve functionality and facilitate club expansion.

• New senior change rooms, umpires room, toilet, storage and first aid room.
• Refurbishment of Existing Pavilion.

Work continues to progress as per schedule.

Works onsite have included the early stages of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, along with the installation of external wall cladding and the commencement of blockwork.

Works to the existing building have also progressed, with demolition, plumbing, and mechanical components completed.

Looking ahead, the team will be moving on to the installation of the breezeway ceiling, as well as the replacement of the breezeway gable sheets, installing the remaining aluminium sub‑jambs, progressing internal and existing building brickwork.

Works on structural steel are complete.

Next: commencement of roofing works.

Concrete slab is now complete, and structural steel is now being installed.

Earthworks are advanced, reticulation has been rediverted along with the electrical mains. Over the next month the City aims to complete ground compaction and prepare for concrete slab and steel.

Construction fence has been installed, and earthworks have commenced.

AE Hoskins have been awarded the contract. Works to commence in late September 2025.

Tenders are currently out in construction market. A contract will be awarded in the 1^st quarter 2025 with works on site late 2025. Our aim is to complete these projects by end December 2026

A tender for construction is expected to be issued before Christmas, with the contract to be awarded in the first quarter of 2025. Works are anticipated to begin on-site in late 2025.
