Consultation
The City of Kalamunda wants your view on Kalamunda Skate Park and whether it should be relocated.
Users of Kalamunda Skate Park believe the facility should be relocated to Stirk Park, where they have access to amenities such as ablution blocks, drinking fountains, seating, grassed areas for non-skating family members and improved safety away from busy roads.
Should the community support the relocation of the skate park to Stirk Park, the facility will be incorporated into the Stirk Park Masterplan (subject to Council endorsement). The Masterplan sets out the planned upgrades to the park for the next ten years.

Updates
In April 2020 the City of Kalamunda collaborated with Skate Sculpture and the local community to design the new skate park for the Kalamunda area. The facility aims to have a mix of street and transition terrain, catering to people of all riding styles and skill levels. Read more on the Consultation here:
