Consultation has concluded
The City of Kalamunda is seeking community representatives for the Kalamunda Environmental Advisory Committee.
This committee advises the Council of the City of Kalamunda on environmental matters. As a member of the committee you will be asked to provide your expert views on matters such as local biodiversity, vegetation and bushland protection; community education and engagement in environmental management; natural resource use and efficiencies; waste reduction and re-use; surface water catchment management; water and ecosystem sensitive urban development; policies and procedures; weed and pest control; and carbon reduction.
The Committee meets once every quarter at 6pm on a Tuesday at the City of Kalamunda Administration Offices. Additional meetings are held from time to time to address specific projects and review timeframes. The term of appointment is until October 2019.
