Notice of Proposed Local Development Plan

The City of Kalamunda has received an application for The Hales – Stage 10 Local Development Plan. Prior to giving consideration to the application, it is Council policy to give landowners the opportunity to comment.

A copy of the The Hales - Stage 10 Local Development Plan is available for consideration via the document library.

Alternatively, the documentation can be viewed at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda during office during business hours.
