The City of Kalamunda (City) proposes to lease:
29.25 sqm to Telstra Corporation Ltd
52.88 sqm to Optus Mobile Pty Ltd and
23.40 sqm to Vodafone Network Pty Ltd,
each proposed leased area being a portion of 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda, together with use of the existing onsite telecommunications tower to operate telecommunications services.
The market value of the proposed leases was assessed at $10,000.00 per annum per lessee on 29 April 2021, as ascertained by an independent market valuation. The consideration to be received by the City for the proposed leases is $10,000.00 per annum from each lessee, to be increased by 3% each year and subject to market rental valuation reviews every 5 years. The lease term for each lease is 5 years plus two further terms of 5 years each and one further term of 3 years.

Members of the public are invited to make a submission in relation to the proposal.
