The City of Kalamunda is reviewing the way our community leased facilities are currently managed, we are reaching out to our valued Lessees to garner information and your input into the way the Leases and Licences process operates. This will allow the City to better understand the usage and operation of city buildings and the benefits to our community. The City will be using your input to inform future recommendations in regards to leases and licenses. The City is seeking your assistance to understand how current arrangements are working for you and how you think that the current process may be improved.
To assist City officers in formulating this review, it would be greatly appreciated if you could please complete the form provided in the Document Library on this page, along with providing supporting documentation by Monday 6 February 2023. Responses can be emailed to enquiries@kalamunda.wa.gov.au.
It is very important we receive information from all Sporting Clubs and Community Organisations leasing facilities and those who have licenses in order to ensure we can continue to meet community needs into the future. If you have any further pertinent information that you feel would be useful to the City whilst we are undertaking this process please add your commentary to the end of the questions.
